na im not alright lol, im in hospital now as im writing this. im in for about 2 weeks at least because ive ripped my spleen a they need to make sure i dont start bleeding internally again, (fingers crossed i wont) plus i wont be able o ride my bike for a month when im eventually out hopefully i can get the helmet fixed but im glad that broke rather than my head,lol, ill speack back soon but u cary on ridng and i have seen the video and doesnt look verynice lol
